Redux

Journal Entry: Sun Nov 4, 2007, 2:30 PM
This year has been pretty slow for me photographically speaking. I had practicly stopped taking photos until four mounths ago when I bought myself a "new" Yashica. In the past I had always worked mainly with digital which I begun to find dissatisfying, too dull and flat, hence the lull. Now I am shooting much more frequently than before and with much more thought than before. Limiting oneself to twelve shots really does make the process of capturing much more selective and in my opinion it yeilds infinitly better results. The downside of course is scanning. It takes me twenty minutes to get an average scan from one of my slides, hence the trickle of deviations. Any insights into this predicament of mine would be greatly appriciated.
